Summary

The Shortage Report will list all shortages that occurred within the specified date range.
The Short Pick report allows an operator to view all of the parts that were short picked between a range of dates.



Procedure

What part numbers caused orders to be short shipped? There are two ways to find this information:

1. Shortage Report
2. Short Pick Report



1. Shortage Report

From the main menu select Utilities > Reports > Shortage Report.

Operator is prompted to enter the Start and End date.

The report will list all shortages that occurred within the specified date range.

2. Short Pick Report

From the main menu select Utilities > Reports > Short Pick Report.

This report allows an operator to view all of the parts that were short picked between a range of dates.
Operator is prompted to enter the Start and End date.

This report shows the Part Number, the number of orders where this part was shorted, the total quantity that was orders for all of the orders with that part and the total quantity pickedfor all of the orders with that part.
