Summary

This guide will teach you how to queue Bulk Pick Batch, print pick labels and pick sheets to perform picks from the bulk shelving as instructed by your Supervisor.




Procedure

Steps that must be completed, to queue and complete Bulk Picks:

1. Enter Batch number

2. Adjust for Short Pick

3. Complete ALL Picks using Complete Bulk Batch program.




1. Enter Batch number


Type/Scan Batch Sequence Number and Press Tab. Allocated Qty will be displayed. Actual Pick Qty field will be red with no quantity displayed.

If no partial picks, Skip to Step 3

2. Adjust for Short Pick


If there is not enough items to fulfill a pick, fill in Actual Pick Qty field for shorted picks. Allocated Qty will be displayed. Adjusted Short Pick quantity will be in green with the Actual Pick Qty displayed. Press Update Partial Button. Repeat for each short pick in this batch.
Actual Pick Qty with no shortages will be red with no quantity displayed.

A cycle count will be created for the short picks.

3. Complete ALL Picks using Complete Bulk Batch program.


Press Complete All button to 100% complete all remaining pick lines in Batch. The Actual Pick Qty field will turn green and will display the quantity picked.

Once orders have been selected, Pick Labels or Pick Sheets will print.
If Pick Labels print, the first label will be a Batch Label with current Batch Number (human readable and barcode).
After the labels print or sheet prints, confirm that the printing was successful.

Perform picks from the bulk shelving as instructed by your Supervisor.
